Business After Hours Kauai Style

A big mahalo to the Kauai Marriott and H Hawaii Media for sponsoring the Kauai Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours Tuesday night. Head chef Guy Higa and his team outdid themselves with an elaborate spread of tropical themed ice sculptures, chiseled edible fruit and vegetable bouquets, seared salmon appetizers, roasted duck tacos, mouth watering Kauai shrimp ceviche and a handful of savory fruit infused desserts. Hawaiian music played and tiki torches flickered as the sun set slowly over Kalapaki Bay, adding the perfect touch to an exquisite evening of food, entertainment and business networking.

The fun evening ended with the much anticipated prize drawings donated by member businesses including: a night at the Kauai Marriott, gift box from Kauai Coffee, one month membership to the Kauai Athletic Club and grand prize trip to Las Vegas.
